Sodium Humate Shiny flakes
It can be used as a feed additive
Sodium humate feed additive, used in aquaculture
Derived from weathered coal
Functions and application areas:
1. Sodium humate feed additive
(1) Sodium humate feed additive forms a protective film on the intestinal mucosal cells.
(2) This protective effect reduces the absorption of toxic substances, which may be the subsequent absorption of residues in the infection process or animal feed.
(3) It also has the unique property of absorbing toxins from proteins, toxic residues and various heavy metals.
(4) Stabilizes intestinal flora. Fixes microorganisms, toxins and harmful substances in animal feed. Promotes growth and stimulates the immune system.
2. Sodium humate feed additive for aquaculture
(1) Improves the carbon source of water: The elemental composition of humic acid is 50%-60% carbon, 4%-6% hydrogen, and the remaining elements are mainly oxygen. Therefore, it can be used to supplement the carbon source of water.
(2) Water purification: The active groups of sodium humate molecules can chelate with calcium and magnesium ions in water, effectively preventing the formation of scale cores, thereby preventing scaling and achieving the purpose of anti-scaling.
(3) Physical shading: After adding sodium humate feed additive, the water turns into soy sauce color, which can block part of the sunlight from reaching the bottom directly, and can prevent moss and green algae.
(4) Planting grass: The grassing effect is one of the most basic applications of sodium humate. It can promote the growth and development of aquatic plants, increase the physiological metabolism of plants and the activity of enzymes in the body, and improve the quality of aquatic plants.
(5) Chelating heavy metal ions: The adsorption of heavy metal ions by sodium humate is not only cation exchange, but also the formation of their chelation relationship, so it can adsorb many metal ions.
(6) Improving the matrix, detoxification and deodorization: Sodium humate balls/granules and crystals are mainly used. First, the porous and porous structure of sodium humate will loosen the soil and change the permeability of the matrix. Secondly, sodium humate can absorb NH3 and H2S in the bottom environment, thereby removing the odor of sediments and reducing pollution to the environment.
3. Industrial Uses
(1) Sodium humate can be used to remove toxic metals and their ions from wastewater.
(2) Sodium humate can be used as an auxiliary component in dissolved air flotation tanks to help remove trace amounts of grease, oil, liquid organic matter and suspended solids.
(3) They should be considered as a special coagulant that can be used in combination with water-soluble polymer flocculants to remove soluble organic matter.
(4) They can also be used as potential filtration additives in certain types of organic liquids to prevent seepage from lagoons or pit containment areas.
