1.Introduction 

Humic acid fertilizer is a kind of organic fertilizer. Natural humic acid is formed by the decomposition of plant residues. It is widely found in soil, river mud and shallow weathered coal, peat and lignite. It contains carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and other elements. It has certain fertilizer properties, but most of them are difficult to dissolve in water. If it is combined with potassium, sodium, ammonium and other substances, dried and ammonified, it can be easily absorbed by plants as nutrients.

4.Usage

Neutralized humic acid can be made into ammonium humate fertilizer, which has the functions of increasing fertilizer efficiency, improving soil, stimulating crop growth, and improving the quality of agricultural products. Nitrohumic acid can be used as an acidifier for rice seedling cultivation. Humic acid magnesium, humic acid zinc, and humic acid urea iron have good effects in supplementing soil magnesium deficiency, corn zinc deficiency, and fruit tree iron deficiency, respectively. Humic acid mixed with herbicide ether, atrazine and other pesticides can improve the efficacy and inhibit residual toxicity. Sodium humate is effective in treating apple tree rot. In animal husbandry, sodium humate is used to stop bleeding of deer antlers, and nitrohumic acid urea complexes also have good effects as cattle feed additives. In industry, sodium humate is used for ceramic clay adjustment; low-pressure boilers and locomotive boilers are scale-proof; humic acid ion exchangers are used to treat heavy metal-containing wastewater; sulfonated sodium humate is used as cement water reducer; humic acid products are also used as oil drilling mud treatment agents (see oilfield chemicals); purified humic acid is used as lead-acid battery cathode expansion agent.
